Someone comes to me and they say, hey Joel, what is Congusto do? And I say, we're a call center. It's not very compelling. But if I say at Congusto, we believe that great people build great companies.
We believe that premium human capital is the ultimate competitive advantage. All the call centers are built on mediocrity. That's why they use scripts. That's why they use call timers.
That's why there's always some QA to filter out somebody who doesn't say the right words. Not because they aspire to greatness, because they don't want to be too much or too little.
