It's 2002 and 19 year old Stefan Ranieri walks into the dining room of a castle, Le Chateau de D'Ivan. He gasps as he sees the gigantic mirror over the fireplace and the chandeliers hanging from the tall ceilings.

Stefan and his parents are about to sit down for the meal of a lifetime. A rupa gastronomic. Tonight he will eat 12 different dishes and drink 12 different wines. All of a sudden, we see that there is no special occasion.
