shares to the public. Dangote is selling shares in his oil refinery with the aim to raise up to $2.1 billion. He is the richest man in Africa and said he aims to democratise wealth creation by making the shares available to the public. Senegal's President Basir Uddiyomayef Faye is due to meet with the International Monetary
Funds Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva today in the United States. They plan to discuss economic developments and economic reform in Senegal, according to the IMF. Europe. The European Union has chosen to extend sanctions on Russian individuals and companies by seven days until the 22nd of September. Envoy did not agree to renew the sanctions
