Good morning, this is send seven. News in 7 minutes. I'm Ben Mallet, today is Thursday, the 31st September 2026. Starting in Asia. In Saudi Arabia, a flight was forced to change course after a stabbing on board the plane. Reports from passengers say that one of the plane's pilots stabbed
their co-pilot before attempting to crash the plane. The flight was travelling from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to Israel. Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised passengers who managed to overpower the pilot before the plane safely diverted to Saudi Arabia. The plane was carrying around 150 Israeli passengers, according to Israeli media. Both pilots are
now in hospital in Saudi Arabia, and the passengers have since arrived in Israel on another flight. One mother of a passenger described the incident. The plane started to lose control. All the people that screamed, the things that were going.
