Allow me to reintroduce myself. I’m Alesha Eads. If you’ve been following the journey, you know the titles: Author. Podcaster. Life Coach. Motivational Speaker. But those aren't just hats I wear; they are the tools I use to paint a much bigger picture. I’m a renaissance woman because I refuse to be put in a box. The world is my canvas, and every project I touch is a brushstroke toward a more authentic reality. People often ask, "Alesha, how do you balance the coaching with the humanitarian work? The writing with the speaking?" The truth? It’s all on...

Hey there beautiful souls, welcome back to another episode of Real, Wrong, Relevant. The podcast dedicated to helping you live a more authentic and fulfilling life. I'm your host, Alicia Eads, and today we are switching it up. Allow me to reintroduce myself and reclaim the narrative.

I get so many messages asking so many questions. Well, today I want to address the elephant in the room and let you know exactly who I am for all of my new listeners that are tuning in. Let's get into it.

Okay, so I just want to take this opportunity in first to furmo shout out to all of my new listeners and all of my day one listeners. I just wanted to take the opportunity to reintroduce myself and reclaim this narrative. They say you only get one chance to make a first impression, but I believe in the power

of the evolution. Sometimes you have to clear the air, reset the frequencies, and remind the world and yourself exactly who is holding the mic. So before we dive into today's deep work, allow me to reintroduce myself.

I'm Alicia Eads and if you've been following the journey, you know the titles, author, podcaster, life coach, motivational speaker and the list goes on. But those aren't just hats I wear. They are the tools I use to paint a much bigger picture.

So I'm kind of known as a real-estunt woman because I refuse to be put in the box. The world is my canvas and every project I touch, it's simply a brush stroke towards a more authentic reality that I am creating and forging one day and one step at a time. So people often ask, Alicia, how do you balance the coaching with the humanitarian work,

The writing with the speaking, the truth, you know, it's all one mission. It's about being selfless. It's about looking at the greater good and asking, how can my success pave a smoother road for women walking behind me, whether I'm supporting charities that are close

to my heart or mentoring someone to find their voice? My goal is to inspire you to be resilient, to be unapologetically you, baby, and most importantly to go after those dreams, that you're too scared to tell people about,

my goal and my mission is just to really help others get connected to their purpose, to their passions in. Just being a representation of that. So let's get real for a second.

For my women of color listening in right now, I am here as a living proof. We live in a world that often tries to tell us where we belong or how high we can climb.

I'm here to tell you and show you that they can't stop us. My journey isn't just about my own success. It's about representation. It's about showing that we can be the CEOs,

the visionaries, the humanitarians, and the change maker all at once. Success isn't a destination for me. It's a journey of paving the way.

If I'm the only one at the table, I haven't done my job. I'm pulling up chairs. So at the core of everything I do is simply radical belief.

And that's the power of connection. I'm a humanitarian because I believe that we are responsible for one another. I don't just wanna talk about a better world

on this podcast. I want to be the change that I wanna see in the world. When I support a cause, When I give back to our community, it's because I know that change doesn't start with a policy

or a big grand gesture. It starts with a single person deciding to be authentic and that is the commitment and the oath that I make to myself to be authentic. Strip away the mask to be resilient.

If the door is closed, build a new house and to be selfless. Your light doesn't dim by lighting someone else's candle, so I know that I must be the light. I must be the candle.

And sometimes I'm willing to be your flashlight. So that's me. Reintroduce yours truly, not just as a voice in your ears, but as a partner on your journey and live.

I'm here to challenge you, to hold space for you, an authentic, safe space, and to remind you that your life is a canvas as well. So knowing that your life is a canvas and you have the brush to paint, whatever you like,

go be adventurous, go be authentic, go be honest, and go just be the best version of yourself. That's where I find my true joy. When I'm mentoring, when I'm coaching, when I'm speaking,

it's really about that connection. It's really about going there, getting deeper, getting past the surface and just creating a space that resonates with others and allowing them to take off the mask, allowing them to be

vulnerable, allowing them to open up. And I have to come from a space of transparency. I have to come from a place of authenticity. I have to come from a place of realness in order to allow others to be real with

me. So I'm willing to take off the mask. I'm willing to roll up my sleeves and do the dirty work. I'm willing to be vulnerable.

I'm willing to put myself out there and be selfless to help those to be an anchor to be a flashlight, to be a beacon of hope in the mixed of darkness. I am her.

I am Alicia Ede. So thank you for allowing me to reintroduce myself. But most importantly, thank you for allowing me to speak to you, allowing me to be on your commute, allowing me

into your day, allowing me into your week whenever you're tuning in. I just want to personally thank you for being there with me on this journey as we all work to become better human beings as we all navigate this world, this USA that's extremely challenging and difficult times right there.

Right now in this time in our life, just know that you're not alone and if you need those additional resources, books, podcasts, that's my journey. That's my mission to inspire you. You may not be a listener.

You may be a reader or you may need that one-on-one development. And I'm all about it. I'm all about helping one person get better at a time. And sometimes I help more than one person just by podcasting, just by being an

author. So I just want to let you guys know that I am truly honored and I'm truly blessed to share space with you in our time throughout these podcasts. And I hope they resonate with you.

I hope they share a special place in your heart, in your mind.
