Our Story
FlexiLingo started as a simple idea: what if learning a language could feel as natural as watching your favorite show or listening to a podcast? As language learners ourselves, we knew the frustration of forgetting words days after studying them, of textbooks that had nothing in common with the way real people speak, and of bouncing between three apps just to look up a single word.
So we built a different kind of platform. One that turns the videos, podcasts, articles, and shows you already love into your personal classroom — with timestamped notes, instant translations, and spaced-repetition flashcards built from the exact words you discover. Our browser extension makes it one click on any page or video; our mobile and desktop apps carry the same flow wherever you study.
For learners working toward a goal, we went deeper. FlexiLingo's exam suite generates full-length CELPIP, IELTS, and TOEFL mock tests and grades your writing and speaking with AI band-scoring, criterion-by-criterion feedback, vocabulary suggestions, and a personalized improvement plan. The same AI helps you practice essays, emails, and letters in the format your target exam uses — so the practice you put in is the practice that counts.
