Slow living, when we enjoy life and we slow down in a relaxed state of mind, but we are inspired, so we are actually enjoying life at the maximum, inspired of every day, of every moment of our life, mastering this art of slow living. So in every simple thing that we do when we get up, when we go to brush our teeth, when
we go to have breakfast, so do everything with enjoyment. And sometimes we just caught up in this busy daily life that we actually don't notice these small things, what we do every day, we just do it kind of in auto mode and we don't notice what we are doing and when we don't notice we cannot enjoy when we are not in the moment
we cannot enjoy our life. When we actually do every step of our life very mindfully, when we slow down we can experience the life, we can enjoy life, we can live our life fully. And slow living doesn't always mean to live slowly, to sleep in a slow mode. It is quite opposite because when we just slow down for a little while, we notice the moment.
