Hello, my name is Alison Carmen and welcome to my podcast, 10 Minutes to Less Suffering. And the name of today's podcast is Are You Feeling Crappy Today? I try to think of a better way to say it, but sometimes that is just how we feel. We wake up, we don't physically feel well.
Maybe we have a worry that is on us, someone we love is not doing well or we have a problem at work and it doesn't feel like we can solve it. Maybe we had a falling out with someone, whatever it is. When we feel crappy, what do we do?
And no matter what's happening in your life, the first place is the awareness of it. The first place is to say, I feel crappy today. Even if you know you could go running for five miles and you'll feel better. Even if you know you didn't eat well the day before.
That was the opening. The rest of the episode (9 min) is in the player: every word clickable, with translation, saved words and flashcards.
