Hi everyone. Our phrase of the day is, in the zone. I saw it on Facebook. A friend of mine was working on writing a book, and she posted that today she was really in the zone, and she managed to write 10,000 words. If you are in the zone, it means you are in a state of very focused attention,
so that you perform well, or you manage to be very productive easily. Someone who is in the zone doesn't like to be distracted because they are working or they are doing something well and they don't want to stop. When you're in the zone, it feels like you have lots of energy and ideas flowing continuously so that whatever you're doing seems easy and natural. Think about a time you've been in the zone. It's a great feeling.
Thanks for joining me today and come back for tomorrow's Phrase of the Day.
