Hi, welcome back to Eat Your Crest podcast. I'm Jisoo and I'm Crystal. So we haven't done a career episode in a while. We thought it would be fun to sit down and talk about something that happens in every workplace but maybe isn't always discussed, which is workplace drama.

When we talk about workplace drama, we're not necessarily talking about huge, life-altering, career-ending events that happen, but more so, drama that happens maybe in the small moments, petty events that happen in passing that somehow ends up getting talked about.
