I don't need a rest. I'm not even tired. I want to keep paddling down the river. It's important to rest every so often. Even God says so. Do you like to rest? My name is Zach and this is Keys for Kids. You know, I like to exercise at the gym, but I don't do it every single day.

It's important to work hard, but it's also important to rest. Your body needs rest, and your mind does too. Plus, when you rest your body, it gives your mind a chance to stop and focus on your blessings and the beautiful things God has put in your life.
