Trump hits Canada with new 50% tariffs

Monday afternoon, Donald Trump announced a long list of Canadian goods that will be slapped with a 50 percent tariff as of August 19th. We talk to Katie Simpson, CBC’s foreign correspondent based in Washington, DC, about what’s going on.
