I'm your host, Dr. Katie Linder. On this episode, I want to do an end of quarter three check-in on how my annual goals are doing, and I find it to be completely bonkers that we are headed into the final quarter of 2026. It has been a year that for me has felt incredibly full, partially because I had over 60
goals that I set for myself this year. So I'm going to talk a little bit about those. But just to give you a sense, at the end of quarter one, I had three goals that were done 39 in progress and 22 that had not been started. Then at the end of quarter two, I jumped from three goals done to 15 goals done. I had about the same number in progress and I had eight that I hadn't
