Legendary filmmaker and actor Rob Rayner has been awarded a posthumous Emmy award at the Creative Arts Emmys for his guest performance in The Bear. Presenter Wendy McLendon Covey, who accepted the award on his behalf, said, we all wish he was here, as the audience gave a standing ovation. Robert previously won an Emmy in 1974 and in 1978 for his role in All in the Family.
