Nobody was being super transparent about how much they were paying for child care because so often I think we're told we don't talk about that, right? We don't ask people how much their mortgage is. We don't ask them how much they pay for child care.
That's private. That's their problem, not yours. And so in saying it out loud, I think so many families and mothers in particular resonated. They said, oh my gosh, us too.
