Hi guys, I'm Ben and welcome to today's English podcast. Now on the last episode of Parley on Clay, we took a look at the final of the blue zones in our blue zone series. So if you missed it, let me explain quickly what that was all about. So the blue zones are five locations around the planets where people live longer lives.
So there's lots of people that live past the age of 100. And the fifth episode in the series was all about a place in California called Loma Linda. Now if you missed the episode you can go back and take a listen to it if you wish. Because today we're going to look at a sentence from that episode.
You don't need to know the content of the episode, but there is just one sentence we're going to pay attention to from the last episode. And that's because we're talking about verbs which are followed by the gerund. So not too long ago we were talking about expressions that are followed by the gerund.
