Hi guys, I'm Ben and welcome to today's English podcast. And today we are continuing our exploration of the blue zones. I've already looked at three of the world's blue zones. Have you heard those episodes yet? Well, if not, you can go back and listen to them now or after today's episode. Before we look at our next blue zone, let's have a look at some vocabulary. So I have three words
