And for me, someone who wasn't already all that invested in art, that was a big deal. It turned me off of art even further than I already was, and that intensely negative

The gist of this story is one that I think many of us can understand. That a person, like an art teacher, can pass through our lives, or it's an event, however fleeting, that occurs.
